HSE University — Saint Petersburg and the University of Göttingen have signed the agreement on the double degree track for the Master's programme 'Global and Regional History'. The best programme students will study in Germany for a year and obtain two diplomas issued by both universities.

Russian and Dutch Youth Drive Museums
At the end of April, an international online conference ‘Youth as a Driver of Museum Development’ was held. It was dedicated to summarizing the preliminary results of the first stage of the same-name project and supported by the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in St. Petersburg. HSE University is now represented in eight subject rankings of the Shanghai Global Ranking of Academic Subjects. In five of these subjects, HSE is the only university from Russia, and in three other subjects, HSE outranks its domestic peers. HSE St. Petersburg and the University of Helsinki Launch New Joint Course
From January 2022, students of HSE St. Petersburg and the University of Helsinki can take a joint online course on social policy in Russia and other post-Soviet countries. It was designed for students of the master's programmes 'Comparative Politics of Eurasia', 'Comparative Politics of Russia and Eurasia', as well as for students of the master's program of the University of Helsinki.
