HSE University-St Petersburg International Activity Results for 2022
Internationalisation is one of the primary goals and values of HSE University-St Petersburg. For the third year running, HSE University has come first in the ranking of the 100 best universities in Russia, published for the fifth time by Forbes magazine.
Arts and Culture Management Students Visit the New Stage of the Alexandrinsky Theatre
On December 9, 2022, first-year students of the Master's programme 'Arts and Culture Management' visited the New Stage of the Alexandrinsky Theatre. Olesya Markova, staff member of the New Stage, told the students about the complex organisational structure of the venue and demonstrated the capabilities of the theatre space. She also explained the specifics of the art management profession.

HSE University-St Petersburg Opens Representative Office in India
HSE University-St Petersburg is opening a foreign representative office in India in collaboration with Swami Vivekanand Subharti University. On December 7, the universities agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding, having reached all the preliminary agreements in November.

Olga Makarova is a lecturer at the School of Economics and Management, HSE University-St Petersburg. In the 90s, she was one of the lucky people who were good at Economics and foreign languages. Thanks to that, for a long time, she was working as a financial executive for such large companies as AT&T, Gillette CIS, Tele2, Pratt & Whitney.
