The International Partners Week “Universities: How to be a step ahead” took place at HSE University - St. Petersburg on May 14-16, 2018.
Leading representatives of business and creative industry chaired by Mikhail Oseevsky, president of Rostelecom, joined the Board of Trustees of HSE University St. Petersburg. The new institution was created in order to help the university achieve long-term goals.

The courses that he studied related to Russian, Eurasian and Post- Soviet Studies including history, culture, literature, arts, society and politics.
