HSE University Opens the Laboratory of Critical Theory of Culture
The School of Arts and Humanities opened the Laboratory of Critical Theory of Culture. There, the researchers will engage in the development of new theory of culture in the fast-paced modern world. ‘International Bachelor's in Business and Economics’ to Divide Students by Level of Mathematical Training

HSE University and University of Technology Malaysia Sign Cooperation Agreement
On May 18, 2023, HSE University and the University of Technology Malaysia signed an agreement on scientific and educational cooperation at the XIV International Economic Forum ‘Russia—Islamic World: KazanForum’. The agreement was signed by HSE Rector Nikita Anisimov and UTM Vice Chancellor Ahmad Fauzi bin Ismail.

HSE University-St Petersburg Opens Centre for Strategic Entrepreneurship
In January 2023, the School of Economics and Management opened a new research laboratory: the Centre for Strategic Entrepreneurship, where researchers will examine entrepreneurial activities and strategic management. The new laboratory is headed by Galina Shirokova, Professor at the Department of Management.
HSE University-St Petersburg Opens Representative Office in India
HSE University-St Petersburg is opening a foreign representative office in India in collaboration with Swami Vivekanand Subharti University. On December 7, the universities agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding, having reached all the preliminary agreements in November.
