From now on, prospective undergraduate students are allowed to submit certificates in the English language or/and Mathematics and have them considered under international admissions. This opportunity is available for applicants pursuing fee-paying seats.

HSE Academic Council Approves Tuition Fees for 2019/2020
HSE University – St Petersburg undertakes admissions to 12 undergraduate programmes and 17 graduate programmes. The annual tuition fees start from 270,000 rubles ($4,040) and 230,000 rubles ($3,440), respectively.
HSE University – St Petersburg and UPF to Offer a Double Degree in Economics
HSE University – St Petersburg and Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) have signed an agreement in order to develop a double degree track in Economics. Starting in the 2019/2020 academic year, this programme will allow students to earn bachelor’s degrees from both universities.

Happy 21st Academic Year: Short Story of Growth and Expansion
Last week at HSE University – St. Petersburg turned out to be really eventful. First of all, we finally met our international freshmen, or at least most of them. The orientation sessions, subsequent the Common Arrival Days, offered a chance to get acquainted with people, resources and processes. Secondly, we celebrated HSE SPb Day devoted to the anniversary of the campus – it has turned twentythis year!
