With the admission campaign for international students in full swing, Elena Shakina, Dean of the St Petersburg School of Economics and Management, revealed some details about the new International Bachelor’s in Business and Economics—including how professional tracks and two qualifications in Economics and Management will allow students to remain in demand in the labour market for a long time.

The Master in International Business programme will have its first graduates at the end of the 2022 academic year. We asked international students and lecturers to share their thoughts and impressions of the programme and its subjects.

In 2021, a new unique bachelor’s programme called ‘International Bachelor's in Business and Economics’ was launched at HSE – Saint Petersburg. This programme is the result of a merging of the previous bachelor's programmes in Economics and International Business and Management. In this interview, Elena Shakina, Dean of the St.Petersburg School of Economics and Management, revealed to us how the modified undergraduate programme will help students to acquire the most competitive and actual skills, as well as mentioned the benefits of its partnership with VK, a famous Russian internet company.

This year, 10 students from  the University of Rome Tor Vergata will arrive at HSE – St. Petersburg as part of the newly-launched Double Degree programmes.
