Anna Poberezhnaya, the first-year student of the Master’s Programme ‘Business and Politics in Modern Asia’, took part in a voluntary workcamp project in Japan. Anna and her volunteer mates were helping the people affected by an earthquake and tsunami in 2011, to become a part of the community of the cite they were moved to. HSE Alumnus Appointed Minister of Digital Development

Konstantin Noskov, who received his Master’s degree from HSE University in 2001, will head the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media. He is the second HSE alumnus to join the Russian government: Maxim Oreshkin will continue to lead the Ministry of Economic Development.
