Situation Centre Created at HSE University
On February 25, at the initiative of the Student Council, a Situation Centre was created at HSE University. HSE University – St. Petersburg administration and the Student Council will take part in the joint organisation of the work of the Situation Centre. Psychologists, lawyers, employees of educational offices and other HSE departments will be involved in the work at the Centre.

I still remember the weather and the lively and romantic atmosphere when I first arrived in St. Petersburg at the end of last August. Especially when I was standing in the center of Nevsky Boulevard one evening and feeling the wind blowing and watching the sunset and night view, ‘Dancing Queen’ of ABBA came out at the very moment, and I have already fallen in love with St. Petersburg.
