At HSE University–St Petersburg, Experts Discuss How AI Changes Tourist Routes and Cultural Heritage

Neural networks are no longer simple travel assistants; now they decide what to include on the route and what to skip. Artificial intelligence changes how people perceive a place and shapes the image of tourist centres. At the II International Scientific and Practical Conference ’Information Technologies in the Preservation and Promotion of Cultural Heritage,’ researchers discussed who controls algorithmic solutions and in what ways, and whether authentic traditions get lost in them.

'Best Way to Get to Know Each Other Is to Travel': Professor from Renmin University of China on St Petersburg, Tourism Development and Project with HSE University

HSE University-St Petersburg and Renmin University of China applied to implement a joint project focused on the cultural gene of Russian and Chinese cities. HSE University Launches Double-Degree Programme with Mexican University UPAEP

The Master's programme 'Data Analytics for Politics and Society' is launching a double-degree programme together with the Mexican Autonomous Popular University of the State of Puebla (UPAEP). The new track will enhance the partnership between HSE University and universities in the South American region.
