Any HSE student or employee who find themselves in a difficult situation can get a consultation in the Situation Centre—whether that be requests for psychological help, legal advice, financial aid, solving everyday issues, organising studies, etc. For this purpose, call the direct phone number +7 (495) 628-53-20 or email help@hse.ru.

In addition to that, there is a helpline for psychological support 8 (800) 250-04-33 and a separate helpline for emergency psychological assistance in St. Petersburg 8 (812) 708-40-41. It is also possible to make an appointment with a psychologist online.

By order of HSE University Rector Nikita Anisimov, a working group has been created at the university, which includes both student and administration representatives. Issues related to the mode of study for students who currently cannot attend classes are being addressed, while agreements on financial assistance to students in need have already been reached.

HSE – St. Petersburg Student Council encourages HSE students to send their requests via an online form and contact the emergency hotline. It is also possible to send a private message in the HSE – St. Petersburg Student Council official group on Vkontaktetelegram channel, and send a message to Ruslan Miftakhutdinov (@rimiftakhutdinov), Alexander Shabelnikov (@shbalx) or Vlad McCormick (@balodisvlada). Refer to the following email to address the Student Council Office studsovetspb@mail.ru
