'Global Context': HSE University-St Petersburg Student on Academic Mobility Peculiarities and Studies in France

Obligatory medical examination, fingerprinting, and photographing

All international students and workers arriving in Russia must within 90 days provide fingerprints and undergo an obligatory medical examination

HSE University – Saint Petersburg aims to maintain its status as a player in the international academic community. We are constantly developing modern educational programmes and expanding opportunities for academic mobility.

The International Office is responsible for admissions of international students for full-degree programmes, assisting incoming and outgoing student mobility, as well as development of liaises and agreements with international academic partners and other agents.
