International Partnerships of HSE - St. Petersburg are an integral part of the greater HSE's university-wide international partnerships ecosystem.
The Concept of HSE - St. Petersburg international partnerships development is adopted by the HSE - St. Petersburg Academic Council on June 27, 2019 (Protocol 184.108.40.206-08/09/19) and provides a strategic framework for future collaborations and envisages internal priorities for prioritized partnerships (Annex 1) and regional strategies for partnerships development (Annex 2).
