Starting from September 1, HSE University-St Petersburg students can apply for academic mobility to universities worldwide. For the spring semester 2027, there are more than 50 universities available in 21 countries: from Brazil to Japan. Read on to learn everything about the contest rules.

The Master's programme 'Data Analytics for Politics and Society' is launching a double-degree programme together with the Mexican Autonomous Popular University of the State of Puebla (UPAEP). The new track will enhance the partnership between HSE University and universities in the South American region.

The HSE University–St Petersburg Summer School brought together about 50 students from ten countries. The participants studied political geography, modern Russian culture and language, statistical analysis, and intercultural communications. Kristina Alied, a student of the Bachelor's programme 'Asian and African Studies', was one of the first participants in the pilot project of academic mobility within the framework of the partnership with Alexandria University (Egypt). At the International Partners' Week 2025, HSE University-St Petersburg signed a Letter of Intent, which provided for the start of exchanges of professors and students with one of the leading universities in the Arab region.
