The event was held in July in Tashkent at the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan, a partner of HSE University. In July, three students of HSE University-St Petersburg took part in the 'Uzbekistan—Land of Tolerance' International Summer School at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. Though based in another BRICS country, he decided to study in Russia—and despite the challenges posed by the pandemic and his long-distance relationship with Saint Petersburg and HSE University, he seems happy with his choice.
