Welcome Meeting for First-year Students

Dear first-year students, congratulations on your admission to the “Arts and Culture Management” programme! We are delighted to welcome you to the vibrant community of the St. Petersburg School of Economics and Management.

We cordially invite you to the welcome meeting on September 8, at 18:10.  You will learn more about the study process at HSE university as well as meet your academic supervisor and the Study office staff.

The event will take place at the following address: Kantemirovskaya St., Building 3A, room 346.

Before the meeting in order to get Electronic Student Pass and obtain access to university buildings, please upload a digital passport-style photo to the following form as soon as possible: https://forms.yandex.ru/u/68b18392eb6146185a5232f4. The photo should meet the following requirements: colour photo against a white background, adequate headroom (free space above the head), head occupying 70–80% of the frame, centered, and facing the camera directly. During the academic period, entry into HSE buildings without an electronic pass is not possible.

For the meeting you have to bring the following documents: passport (mandatory for building access), 3x4 cm photo for student ID (printed according to the same requirements as given above), and military registration documents (if applicable, for the residents of the Russian Federation only). Please note that if you do not have a passport, you will not be allowed into the building.

During the meeting, you will be required to sign acknowledgement forms for HSE University’s local regulations and consent for personal data processing.
