Course Syllabus

Abstract

The course gives students the general information about the project management. The aim of the course is to develop skills in the field of project management and to provide students with knowledge necessary for the implementation of the project in commercial and non-profit sector.

    Students should write Project plan by using different tools and techniques which were discussed on the tutorials. The plan should be conducted, firstly, in MS Project. Then a student should form a report. The report should be done individually.
