Check-in Documents

To check-in HSE's own or rented dormitories, students have to present the following documents:

- a copy of their passport (a notarized translation in Russian is required)

- a copy of a migration card (a copy of a visa if they have it)

- voluntary medical insurance (read more https://spb.hse.ru/en/io/intersupport/medinsurance/ )

- copies of medical documents confirming that they have passed the medical examination procedure as well as a certificate of hepatitis absence (all types) and AIDS/HIV;

- a certificate of vaccination or an informational memo about the vaccinations issued by a medical institution in arbitrary form;

- a chest x-ray examination (medical conclusion issued by a doctor is enough);

! All the certificates and medical documents must be translated into Russian and notarized.
