The dorm is located a 10-minute walk away from the metro station ‘Obukhovo’ (700m).
Infrastructure
The infrastructure of the district is well-developed. There are supermarkets and a health clinic nearby.
Building and rooms
A gym, a laundry room and a storage room are located on the ground floor.
There are guest rooms on the first floor: two studio flats, a flat with two rooms for two and four students and a hall (recreation area for students).
The living areas are located on floors 2-9. Each flat is equipped for 16 students.
There are 4 rooms in every flat: two rooms for two students each and two rooms for four students each.
The rooms have beds, chairs, wardrobes, tables and bookshelves.
Students are responsible for cleaning their rooms themselves.
Kitchens
There is one kitchen per floor, each with electric stoves, fridges, sinks, tables, electric kettles, microwave ovens and kitchen furniture.
BATHROOMS
There is a shower and a separate WC in each flat.
LAUNDRY ROOMS, IRONING EQUIPMENT, BEDCLOTHES
There is a laundry room equipped with washing machines, ironing boards and irons.
Students are provided with: a pillow, a pillow cover, a mattress, a mattress cover, a woolen blanket, a bedspread, and a set of bedclothes: a sheet, a blanket cover, a pillowcase, and a towel.
Bedclothes are changed weekly.
STUDY ROOMS
There are rooms for individual study on each floor. These rooms are equipped with tables, chairs and Internet sockets.
Internet
Wired Internet is available. There is one Internet outlet in each room. The speed of Internet connection is 100 megabytes per second.
Free WiFi is available in common rooms.

If you are an international student, please check which clinics your insurance policy covers.
SECURITY AND ENTRY REGULATIONS
Private security supervises the dorm.
The guard monitors what happens inside the facilities, and video cameras have been installed near the dormitory’s entrance and along its perimeters.
Parents and guests are allowed in the dorm daily between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
