The district infrastructure is well-developed: there are 2 parks, and the Gulf of Finland is within a five-minute walk. The building is surrounded by the dorms of other universities, so the area is safe and quiet.

Student Council actively participates in the improvement of living conditions for students.

Flats without en suite facilities

4 triple rooms, 5 double rooms.

Each apartment houses 22 students. Two showers, three WC and a kitchen with sinks, electric stoves and tables are located on each floor.

Each room includes beds, chairs, a wardrobe, a table and bedside tables.

Flats in blocks

There is a wardrobe, a separate WC and a bathroom in each block.

A block includes 2 rooms equipped with beds, chairs, a wardrobe, a table and bedside tables.

LAUNDRY ROOMS, IRONING EQUIPMENT, BEDCLOTHES

There is a self-service laundry room equipped with washing machines, dryers, ironing boards and irons on the first floor.

Students are provided with blankets, pillows and throw blankets.

Bedclothes are changed weekly.

ROOMS FOR STUDYING

There is a room for individual study on the first floor. The room is equipped with tables, chairs, sofas, bookcases and free Wi-Fi.

GUEST ROOMS

There are 4 studios on the 2nd floor with a separate WC and a bathroom, a dressing room and a kitchen with all necessary home appliances and utensils in each flat.

There are 3 rooms for 4 persons and 3 double rooms on the ground floor. There are 3 bathrooms and separate WC, a kitchen equipped with an oven, a fridge, a microwave, an electric kettle and kitchenware on the floor.

SPORTS AND RECREATION

Football and basketball courts are located near the dorm.

SECURITY AND ENTRY REGULATIONS

Private security supervises the dorm. The guard monitors what happens inside the facilities, and video cameras have been installed near the dormitory’s entrance and along its perimeters.

The dormitory is open 24/7 for HSE students.

Parents and guests are allowed in the dorm daily between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
