Abstract

The seminar is an active form of training in professional competencies, is held on a regular basis, leading researchers and practitioners are involved in the seminar. The discipline is designed to ensure the development of undergraduates' basic ideas about the principles and methods of scientific research in the chosen field of scientific and practical activity – the hospitality and tourism industry.
