Princeton University Press has recently published a new book by Professor Ronald Suny, Head of the International Research Project “Comparative Historical Studies of Empire and Nationalism”. The book is entitled "They Can Live in the Desert but Nowhere Else": A History of the Armenian Genocide.

British Association for Slavonic and East European Studies Annual Conference

Ivan Sablin, senior lecturer of the Department of History and member of the project, participated in the conference Emergent Trends on the China – Russia Border which was held on March 16–17, 2015, by the international research project Where Rising Powers Meet: China and Russia at Their North Asian Border at Cambridge University.
