A New Routledge Series

Routledge, the world's leading academic publisher in the Humanities and Social Sciences, launches a new series on Imperial Hisrory: Imperial Transformations – Russian, Soviet and Post-Soviet History. The Center for Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies (CREES) is pleased to announce that on May 26, 2017, the Regents of the University of Michigan signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on its behalf with the National Research University Higher School of Economics, St. Petersburg (HSE). The purpose of the MOU is to promote cooperation in history, sociology, political science, anthropology, and other social sciences and humanities units involved in academic research between CREES and the HSE Center for Historical Research.

Workshop “Teaching Global and Transnational History” Was Held at the Norwegian University Center in St Petersburg

On April, 4, 2017 at the Norwegian University Center in St Petersburg was held a workshop “Teaching Global and Transnational History.” The workshop was organized by the Center for Historical Research HSE St Petersburg, Department of History HSE St Petersburg,Department of Archaeology, Conservation and History, University of Oslo and the Norwegian University Center in St. Petersburg as a part of the research seminar “Boundaries of History.”
