What does it mean to be a university in the face of a crisis of meaning, accelerated digitalization, and rising societal expectations? This question formed the key frame of discussion at the international conference "Ethics, Aesthetics, and Challenges of Higher Education," held March 19–21 on the HSE St. Petersburg campus.

The HSE University – St. Petersburg Laboratory for Reputation Management in Education participated in an academic mission to Argentina. The visit included meetings with Argentine universities, a presentation of HSE's educational programs, and an open lecture at the Russian House in Buenos Aires.

The visit included meetings with leading universities in the country, representatives of the social entrepreneurship ecosystem, and participation in Ecuador's largest education exhibition.

Laboratory analyst Ilya Chesnokov-Posadsky participated in the 4th National "ESG Principles Headliners" awards ceremony, held at the Mikhailovskaya Dacha campus of the Graduate School of Management at St. Petersburg State University. The awards were organized by ESG Media.

The laboratory's chief expert, Varvara Kulkova, received the status of expert in conducting professional-public accreditation (PPA) of higher and continuing professional education (CPE) programs in the types of professional activities assigned to the Council for Professional Qualifications in Management and Law.

Preparations of an international conference, the launch of new comparative studies in social entrepreneurship in more than 10 rapidly developing countries, and the formation of the Academic Council for the new Master's program "Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation" at HSE St. Petersburg were key topics at the consortium's expert meeting.

The Second All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference "Service Learning: Managing Social Projects in the Educational Environment for the Implementation of Socially Significant Tasks in the Region" was held at I.S. Turgenev Oryol State University. The event was organized with the participation of the HSE University in St. Petersburg. Magdalena Gaete and Varvara Kulkova served on the conference organizing committee.

Discussions on expanding scientific cooperation with the Higher School of Economics (HSE) in St. Petersburg were held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Key topics included joint research in the field of social impact and the development of international academic initiatives.
