The primary goal of the 'Opeka' Nursing Home in St. Petersburg is to create a comfortable living environment for elderly people. Therefore, it was important to study how the founder envisions the project and what goals they have set. The model by which the nursing home operates takes into account not only high standards of quality and safety. For instance, to create a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere for residents, the staff meticulously attends to table settings and uses unbreakable plates. The project showcases a human-centered approach focused on the needs and desires of the elderly. This is why it was particularly important to present this case at the international conference in Kuala Lumpur.
AHIBS-ACT 2024 is an international conference organized by the Azman Hashim International Business School (AHIBS) at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).
