HSE University–St Petersburg has hosted the third expert meeting devoted to social entrepreneurship. The event featured presentations of two books that explore the roles of universities and business in creating conditions for developing a socially responsible society.

Publication of a Chapter on Women’s Leadership and the Solidarity Economy in Brazil: The Contribution of the Mirror Labs Consortium to an IGI Global International Volume
In the international scholarly volume The Entrepreneurial Narratives of Women Driving Economic and Social Transformation in Latin America, published by IGI Global, the chapter “Women Empowering Women: Solidarity Economy and Feminine Autonomy in Araraquara, Brazil” has been released. The chapter was developed within the framework of the International Consortium of Satellitaboratories on Social Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development.

Russia and Malaysia Continue Their Successful Collaboration within the Mirror Laboratory for Social Entrepreneurship
On the island of Langkawi, the Fourth Meeting of the Russia–Malaysia Intergovernmental Commission was held, within the framework of which HSE University Saint Petersburg and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) extended their cooperation within the Mirror Laboratory for Social Entrepreneurship through 2028. The Laboratory operates as an international initiative of the Project-Based Learning Laboratory for Reputation Management in Education at HSE University Saint Petersburg, under the leadership of Magdalena Gaete.

Publication of the Article “Conceptual Frameworks for Analyzing the Development of Social Entrepreneurship in BRICS Countries” in the International Journal of Social Policy Studies
The study was conducted at the Laboratory for Reputation Management in Education. The article was authored by Magdalena Alejandra Gaete-Sepulveda, PhD (HSE University Saint Petersburg), Olga Yakovlevna Dymarskaya, PhD in Economics (HSE University), and Haliyana Khalid, Deputy Dean for Research and Innovation at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
