In the international scholarly volume The Entrepreneurial Narratives of Women Driving Economic and Social Transformation in Latin America, published by IGI Global, the chapter “Women Empowering Women: Solidarity Economy and Feminine Autonomy in Araraquara, Brazil” has been released. The chapter was developed within the framework of the International Consortium of Satellitaboratories on Social Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development.

On the island of Langkawi, the Fourth Meeting of the Russia–Malaysia Intergovernmental Commission was held, within the framework of which HSE University Saint Petersburg and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) extended their cooperation within the Mirror Laboratory for Social Entrepreneurship through 2028. The Laboratory operates as an international initiative of the Project-Based Learning Laboratory for Reputation Management in Education at HSE University Saint Petersburg, under the leadership of Magdalena Gaete.

The study was conducted at the Laboratory for Reputation Management in Education. The article was authored by Magdalena Alejandra Gaete-Sepulveda, PhD (HSE University Saint Petersburg), Olga Yakovlevna Dymarskaya, PhD in Economics (HSE University), and Haliyana Khalid, Deputy Dean for Research and Innovation at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

The publication demonstrates the potential of service-learning as a practice that combines traditional academic education with active civic engagement, thereby fostering holistic student development and cultivating responsible citizenship. It also highlights how universities can realize their third mission, strengthening ties with society and addressing pressing social challenges.

Moscow – As part of the business program of the key annual event in the tourism industry – the International Tourism Forum and Exhibition “Otdykh” – the fourth Creative Laboratory OTDYKH Lab was held on the theme "Love is Abrau! Meaning, idea, concept at the intersection of generations."

By applying this holistic framework, universities, policymakers, and housing providers can gain clearer insights into the status of their facilities and strategies for improvement. The findings emphasize that student housing is not merely a matter of infrastructure but also a catalyst for inclusion, equity, and sustainable urban development.

The authors emphasize that dormitories and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) are not just infrastructure, but an essential part of the academic ecosystem, directly influencing academic success, health, social integration, and the reputation of universities.
