Tuition payment
Tuition payment deadlines:
Tuition payments at HSE University are made in two equal installments during the academic year:
- for the 1st semester - until 25 August;
- for the 2nd semester - until 20 February (payment terms are specified in the contract)
Payment methods:
- Online on the HSE Payments secure portal - you need your full name and contract number in Russian letters as they are given in your contract. If you have any difficulty finding these details, please let Programme Office know.
- by bank transfer - contact Programme Office to get an invoice
Once you have paid, please provide a payment confirmation (you can forward a payment confirmation from the portal, send a scan/photo of the receipt by email).
PAYMENT INSTALLMENTS FOR STUDENTS IN THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR:
Payment installments are not available for 2024/2025 academic year.
ayment Installments
Tuition payments for educational services in the 2020/2021 academic year can be made on a monthly basis:
· - from August 2020 until May 2021:
· - in 10 equal installments equal to 1/10 of the tuition fees for educational services for the 2020/2021 academic year;
· - no later than the 25th of each month preceding the next payment period (e.g., no later than 25 August for September, no later than 25 September for October and so on)
To apply for the payment installments option, you need to:
1) get familiar with the Offer available on the website: https://www.hse.ru/en/studyspravka/fees/ (the last section Documents)
2) sent a scan/photo of your application at peo_spb@hse.ru not later than 20 August; the application form is attached to the Offer.
The original application has to be submitted to the Finance and Economic Department (16 Soyuza Pechatnikov ul., office 218) by 1 November 2020.
