Tuition payment

Tuition payment deadlines: 

Tuition payments at HSE University are made in two equal installments during the academic year:

1. for the 1st semester -  until 25 August;
2. for the 2nd semester - until 20 February (payment terms are specified in the contract)

Payment methods: 

1. Online on the HSE Payments secure portal  -  you need your full name and contract number in Russian letters as they are given in your contract. If you have any difficulty finding these details, please let Programme Office know. 
2.  by bank transfer - contact Programme Office to get an invoice

No comission fee is charged when you pay on the portal.
Once you have paid, please provide a payment confirmation (you can forward a payment confirmation from the portal, send a scan/photo of the receipt by email).

 

PAYMENT INSTALLMENTS FOR STUDENTS IN THE 2023/2024 ACADEMIC YEAR:

Students admitted in 2022 may be provided with the right for paying tuition in installments from August 2023 until May 2024. Students admitted in the current year (2023) may be provided with the right for paying tuition in installments from January 2023 until May 2024.

Tuition payments for educational services for 2023/2024 academic year may be made on a monthly basis:
 - from August (or January) until May 2024;
 - in ten installments equal to 1/10 of the tuition cost for educational services in 2023/2024 academic year;
 - no later than the 25thof each month preceding the next payment period
 - possibility to make at any time an early payment of the full tuition for the 2023/2024 academic year.

To apply for the payment installments option, you need to:
- get familiar with the Offer available on the website: https://www.hse.ru/en/studyspravka/fees  (the last section Documents)
- send a scan/photo of your application to peo_spb@hse.ru not later than 20 August.
Please note, that the banking details indicated in the application form on the website above is for the Moscow campus.
This is necessary to specify in the form the banking details for the St. Petersburg campus, you can request them at the Programme Office before submitting an application.

 

Payment has to be made using bank details of HSE - St. Petesburg. 

The original application has to be submitted to the Accounting and Contractual Group of the Planning and Economic Department (16, ul. Soyuza Pechatnikov, office 218) until 01 November 2023.
