Course Syllabus

Abstract

"Talent Analytics" course focuses on developing strategic and analytical skills essential for managing the entire employee lifecycle. Students will explore core areas of talent management, including talent acquisition, succession planning, learning & development (L&D), performance management, and retention strategies. Emphasis is placed on the selection and application of modern Talent Management tools, integration of AI technologies, and the use of key HR metrics for data-driven decision-making. Through seminars, practical workshops, and real-world case studies, participants will gain hands-on experience in building comprehensive talent strategies, designing data-based development programs, and applying predictive analytics to optimize employee engagement, performance, and organizational growth.

  • Develop expertise in talent management processes: equip students with skills to design and manage comprehensive talent strategies across the full employee lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.
  • Understand the role of AI and automation in Talent Management: introduce students to contemporary technologies transforming recruitment, employee development, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Master the use of Talent Management tools: enable students to select, implement, and integrate modern technologies and platforms for talent acquisition, succession planning, learning & development, performance management, and retention.
  • Apply data-driven approaches in Talent Management: prepare students to use key HR metrics, predictive analytics, and performance data to enhance employee engagement, career growth, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Build capabilities in talent profiling and workforce planning: develop skills in creating talent profiles, managing talent pools, and applying strategic workforce planning techniques to meet business needs.
  • Design strategies for enhancing employee retention and mobility: equip students with practical methods to improve employee satisfaction, internal career growth opportunities, and organizational loyalty through data analysis and targeted interventions.
  • Integrate performance and grading systems into career and compensation frameworks: enable students to link employee evaluation results to career progression and reward systems, using evidence-based methodologies.
