Dr. Elena Cirkovic Delivers a Talk on Extractive Industries, Climate Change, and the Russian Arctic

On March 14 2018, Dr. Elena Cirkovic delivered a talk at the Manchester International Law Centre,  titled "Extractive industries, climate change, and the Russian Arctic: global strategies and local adaptations". Dr. Cirkovic discussed novel challenges posed to the international public law by climate change and extractive industries' interests in the Arctic.

In January 2018, Dr. Cirkovic wrote a  blog as part of the "Russian Perspectives on International Law Symposium" of the "Voelkerrechtsblog", entitled "Russia, international law, and the melting of the Arctic"
