"Corporate Finance discipline, developed by me and structured taking into account the requirements of the CFA exam and the Russian Business Apraisal Qualification Exam is practice oriented. Therefore, I try to fill it with interactive work - conducting business games, master classes, guest lectures, inviting my colleagues from different business areas. I gave a lecture on working with investors with Andrey Alexandrovich Udalov, director of the Agat Investment Fund, with whom we hold business games together, pitch sessions within my disciplines. Seminars on the discipline "Corporate Finance" are conducted by my colleagues in the Department of Finance, Ph.D., Associate Professor Makarova O.V. and Lecturer, PhD Postgraduate Ojo K.Sh. who, like me, are practicing professors with extensive experience in business.”
Andrey Udalov, Ph.D., MBA, Director of Agat Investment Fund , invited lecturer:
“Well done, everyone asked a lot of questions. Then many creatively made my assignment for this lecture. As a result, I got the impression that by the time of the lecture the students had quite serious training in terms of the classification of investors in general.”
Artem Krutko, student:
«Everything went well, the topic was interesting enough to listen to non-stop, I especially liked some insider insights, that the development of IT companies turns out to be quite a complicated matter, which does not seem so at first glance.»
