Lecture "Introduction to Strategic Consulting" by SBS Consulting

SBS Consulting is a Russian consulting company providing services in the field of strategic consulting for the development of a company's development strategy and optimization of business processes. Among her clients are the largest companies in the CIS: Rosneft, Gazprombank, Sibur, Phosagro and others.

On June 2, 2022, a guest lecture "Introduction to Strategic Consulting" by SBS Consulting was held at the St. Petersburg School of Economics and Management as part of the discipline "International Consulting" for students of the Minor "Business in a Global Environment" (supervisor Tatiana Grishchenko).

The speaker was a senior consultant of the company Anton Krupin , a 2017 HSE graduate.

 During the lecture, students learned what strategic consulting is and what its tools are, what needs of clients are addressed by consultants, and reviewed real SBS Consulting cases.

 The teacher of the discipline Ruslan Khakimzyanov noted that the students were especially interested in the personal experience of building a career in the consulting company of Anton Krupin
