The research of the graduate of the master's program "Finance" Daria Luzina (co-authored with academic adviser Elena Rogova) was approved at the International Conference of the GSOM Emerging Markets conference 2015: Business and Government Perspectives.

The study was focused on the impact of mergers and acquisitions in the BRICS countries at fundamental value of purchasing companies.
