Abstract

The Research Seminar "Research Methods in Management I" is designed to guide students through all major stages of the research process— from identifying a relevant managerial problem and reviewing the literature to developing an appropriate research design, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting the results. The course integrates theoretical understanding with practical application. Students gain essential research competencies, learn to apply both qualitative and quantitative research methods, and develop the ability to communicate their findings clearly and ethically.
