Course Syllabus

Abstract

The course aims to provide students with knowledge on how to formulate a strategic plan and to organize and deliver a project in arts organizations, with a particular focus on innovation development and organizational skills. Indeed, the course is meant to develop strategic, project management and soft skills for arts and culture organizations. The students will also have an opportunity to get familiar and to learn in cooperation with reputable organizations in the industry from St. Petersburg and Milan.

  • Practice skills in managing creative teams to lead innovation in arts and culture organizations

Assessment Elements

Assessment Elements

  • non-blocking Peer Review Assessment
    each team member evaluates the project behaviors of her/his team’s peers.
  • non-blocking Assessment of Argumentation in Peer Reviews
    each team receives an evaluation from another team, which is asked to follow a structured evaluation protocol provided by the instructors and to offer qualified feedback and discussion.
  • non-blocking Instructors’ Review
    instructors evaluate the team projects and the individual participation of each team member
  • non-blocking Experts Review
    expert from the field evaluate the creativity, sustainability and feasibility of the projects.
