HSE – St. Petersburg Students Can Get Reimbursement Accommodation Fees

Students who have temporarily moved out of the dormitory for the period of distance learning can apply for the discount of 50% of the total cost of the accommodation fee.

The reimbursement of accommodation fee of 50% is available only for those students who have chosen e-learning format. Besides, it is necessary that students have been absent in the dormitory throughout the period of distance learning – November and December 2020.

Sergey M. Kadochnikov, the Director of HSE Campus in St. Petersburg, has signed the corresponding order ‘On measures to support students HSE University – Saint Petersburg living in dormitories’.

How can I get the reimbursement?

For FGBU ‘MSG’ (intercollegiate students' residence halls) residents

Residents of FGBU ‘MSG’ should fill out the application and attach receipts and INN certificate (individual taxpayer’s number) to it. The package of documents must be sent to Alexandra Guseva, the Head of the Office for Building Management, at asguseva@hse.ru.

Application for financial help (in Russian)

The applications will be accepted by February 1, 2021. Students may send them once a month or all together by the deadline. In such a case receipts for all the period student has been absent should be presented.

For HSE dormitory residents

To get the reimbursement, students have to fill out the application and send it by e-mail to their dormitory administration.

Application for an accommodation discount (in Russian)

Students staying in the hotel ‘Aliot’ must send applications to Alexandra Guseva, the Head of the Office for Building Management, at asguseva@hse.ru.

The applications will be accepted by December 30, 2020
