The programme peculiarity is that its participants are students enrolled in the University on the results of the Olympiad competition. Their mentors are heads of companies, experts, opinion leaders, in other words, more experienced in a particular field professionals. They are always ready to share their experience and unlock their mentees’ talents. Thus, both sides benefit, as being a mentor lets systematize knowledge, gain a significant competitive advantage in the labour market, or even employ young talent.

In general, students and mentors have 3-5 personal meetings throughout the year to discuss the student’s career and personal development. If mentor and mentee fit together, they can take part in other joint activities to achieve the set goals (participation in conferences, professional meetings, training, seminars, etc).
