Apply for Graduate Programmes

Step 5

Results of Application Review (Portfolio Competition)

Based on the results of your application evaluation, the decision of the degree programme’s admission committee shall be posted in your personal account, as follows:

1. Recommend for admission to a state-funded place (a scholarship).

A final decision on admission to state-funded places shall be published on the ‘For International Applicants’ page in your personal account, once all respective applications have been approved by the HSE Student Selection Committee.

Required Documents for Scholarship Candidates

2. Recommend for admission to a fee-paying place.

Depending on results of your application review, you may become eligible for the HSE Top Applicant Scholarship:

  • 50-59 score — 25% of the annual tuition fee waiver
  • above 60 score — 50% of the annual tuition fee waiver

Required Documents for Fee-Paying Candidates

3. Reject your application.

If you apply to more than one programme, both programmes consider your application simultaneously. If both programmes reject your application, unfortunately, we are unable to admit you to our graduate studies this year.

Please feel free to apply to our programmes next year!

If your status has been changed to ‘recommended for admission to a state-funded place’ or ‘recommended for admission to a fee-paying place’, please proceed to STEP 6.
