How Can HSE Students Return From Mobility in Current International Situation?
Among students at Russian universities, including the Higher School of Economics, there are those who are currently studying at foreign partner universities under academic mobility programmes. In case Russian students residing abroad want to get back to Russia but face transport restrictions, they should report the problem via one of the available communication channels and register with the Consular Register. In this article we have gathered the most important contact information.
The work to organize the export of Russian citizens from European countries is carried out by the Federal Air Transport Agency together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (MID) and Rostourism.
Russian citizens can report a problem concerning travel restrictions using one of the available communication channels:
— call a 24-hour hotline of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MID) +7 495 695 45 45;
— send an email (with your full name, location, contact details, description of the issue) to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MID) firstname.lastname@example.org;
— call the Rostourism hotline 8 800 200 34 11 (from 8:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. Moscow time).
Information collected from the above mentioned resourses will be used to generate a lists of Russian citizens who need assistance in returning back home.
Please bear in mind that Russian students must register with the Consular Register to receive assistance. It is possible to apply for consular registration on the website of the Consular Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry. Students can find Russian official representatives in the country they are currently residing here.
