HSE Academic Council Approves Tuition Fees for 2019/2020

The HSE Academic Council has approved tuition fees for undergraduate and graduate programmes for incoming students in 2019.

HSE University – St Petersburg offers 12 undergraduate programmes (including 3 fully in English) and 17 graduate programmes (including 5 taught entirely in English). The annual tuition fees start from 270,000 rubles (approximately $4,040 at the current exchange rate) and 230,000 rubles ($3,440), respectively. 

Please note that HSE traditionally offers prospective students a flexible system of discounts for fee-paying education for both bachelor's and master's programmes. Rules on discounts and the criteria for receiving them will be later approved by the HSE Academic Council.

International admissions are already open. For most programmes, early bird applications are eligible for full-tuition scholarships. Information on admission requirements and process is available here. International students can apply online.
