The Department of Foreign Languages is made up of a unique group of professionals providing instruction in foreign languages for students from all educational programmes at HSE St. Petersburg. Above all the Department aims to provide high quality instruction in languages in line with international standards. We offer training in English, German, French, Portuguese and Chinese, as well as other languages.
