Education committee

The educational and methodological commission is a group of teachers of the Department of Foreign Languages under the leadership of Irina Vitalievna Nuzha. We control the quality of language education, introduce teachers to new educational technologies and involve them in the exchange of experience. The group members have higher education in the field of TEFL (Teaching English as foreign language), TESOL (Teaching English as second language), pedagogy and methods of teaching foreign languages in higher education. They have international language (CPE, Certificate of Proficiency) and international methodological certificates (CELTA, DELTA).
Mutual attendance of classes by teachers of the Department of Foreign Languages allows you to summarize valuable pedagogical experience, get acquainted with successful technologies and methodological techniques, and discuss the difficulties of the educational process. The Commission regulates the competent implementation of the Concept of Teaching Foreign Languages at the Higher School of Economics.
We do:

1. Refresher courses in the field of language education for university teachers and school teachers.
2. Master classes for beginners and experienced teachers.
3. Teach4Teachers project.
4. Preparation and publishing of textbooks.
