HSE University-St Petersburg hosted the Indian Students Week. The event gathered more than 50 students from India. The students represented 15 top universities in the country. In particular, there were representatives of IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, UPES, IIM Amritsar and others. The goal of this large-scale initiative of HSE University-St Petersburg is to introduce talented students from India to educational opportunities in Russia, in particular, HSE educational programmes in four directions: business and economics, design, social and computer sciences.

HSE University-St Petersburg launches a week-long educational programme for students from the leading Indian universities.

HSE University-St Petersburg and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) have opened a mirror laboratory in the sphere of social entrepreneurship. The opening ceremony of the Russian part of this laboratory took place in the framework of the International Partners' Days which gathered delegations from 23 foreign universities.

From September 25–29, HSE University-Moscow hosted International Partners’ Week. Annually, HSE University gathers representatives of the world’s leading universities and academic supervisors of HSE educational programmes from campuses in Moscow, St Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod and Perm. The participants of International Partners’ Week discuss development trends in the system of higher education and find opportunities for implementing new directions of cooperation between universities.

HSE SPB Day has been held at Sevkabel Port in the open air. HSE students were congratulated on the beginning of the academic year by the trustees, faculty deans, and the rousing HSE Dance Club. The first-years had an initiation ceremony, participated in activities from student clubs, and danced to popular songs on the Gulf of Finland. They received well wishes from the professors, representatives of large companies and, of course, student organisations. HSE University-St Petersburg has hosted a delegation from Pakistan's Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST).

In April, HSE University-St Petersburg held its fifth International Model United Nations conference. For the first time since 2019, it was held in person. More than 140 participants were in attendance, including experts, university students and schoolchildren.
