Create your Applicant's Personal Account (APA)

International applicants may get access to their accounts after they apply for a User ID and a password using the link. Once you have submitted a form, an e-mail will be sent to the address you indicated during registration with your User ID and password. Please make sure уou have provided the correct e-mail address. Participants of the HSE Global Scholarship Competition (HSE GSC) need to get a new User ID and password to access their personal account and submit an application.
