HSE Representatives Took Part in Eurasia Business and Economics Society Conference

On January 8-10 the 18th Eurasia Business and Economics Society (EBES) Conference was held at the American University of Sharjah. The researchers from 43 countries took part in the event.

Vladimir Matveenko, Professor at the Department of Economics, and Shamil Sharapudinov, first-year student of the master’s programme  in Applied Economics and Mathematical Methods, presented the report ‘The Impact of Factor-biased Technological Change and International Trade on the Skill Premium: Cross-country Evidence’.

Eurasia Business and Economics Society is HSE institutional partner. The conference is held three times a year and in 2019 the 29th EBES Conference will be held in Saint Petersburg.
