HSE University-St Petersburg and Indian Institute of Management Indore Agree to Create Mirror Laboratory in the Sphere of Social and Environmental Responsibility
During a visit to the Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) by a HSE University-St Petersburg delegation led by campus Director Anna Tyshetskaya, the two universities agreed to create a mirror laboratory in the sphere of environmental behaviour, social well-being, and responsibility management.

A delegation from HSE University-St Petersburg has visited the University of Economics and Business—Vietnam National University (VNU-UEB) in Hanoi. On May 18, 2023, HSE University and the University of Technology Malaysia signed an agreement on scientific and educational cooperation at the XIV International Economic Forum ‘Russia—Islamic World: KazanForum’. Today, opening Russia's state borders with other countries remains one of the most pressing issues. Recently, much conflicting information has emerged around this topic. HSE students returned to their classrooms on March 29, 2021, but many international students keep studying in a distant mode.
International Student Arrivals
This fall HSE University – Saint Petersburg resumes most classes in person. The state borders of the Russian Federation remain closed for entry of most foreign citizens except for five countries (Abkhazia, United Kingdom, Tanzania, Turkey, and Switzerland). For those students who are unable to enter Russia the university will arrange online instruction.
How Will the New Academic Year Start for International Students?
Classes will begin on-campus on September 1 (for some graduate programmes on October 1), and wearing masks in university buildings and dormitories will be mandatory for all students and teachers. HSE University will arrange online learning with mandatory support from professors for newly enrolled international students who are currently unable to travel to Russia.
