Winter schools
Winter schools are short-term international study programmes organized by HSE University – Saint Petersburg in collaboration with partner institutions. They are usually held between December and February, while applications are typically accepted from August to November. If your participation in a winter school overlaps with regular classes or examination periods at HSE, you must first coordinate this with your study office and obtain the necessary documents to officially justify your absence from classes and exams.

Fudan Winter session 2026-2027
Fudan International Winter Session 2026 (FIWS), will be held during Dec. 21, 2026 – Jan. 8, 2027 (three weeks)

Fudan University International Winter Session 2026 will offer about 20 credit-bearing content courses taught in English and 3 Chinese language courses at different levels. Various extracurricular and social activities, such as Fudan Campus Tour, Ice-breaking, Shanghai City Exploration, Huangpu River Cruise, Company Visits, Chinese Dragon & Lion Dance, Chinese Calligraphy, etc., will also be arranged for students to experience the Chinese culture and the wonders of Shanghai, and get connected with each other who are all brilliant young people from both China and abroad.
