The building at Griboyedova Canal Embankment hosted a meeting with international students from the South Korean universities of Chung Ang and Kyung Hee, as well as HSE students who went to South Korea on an academic mobility programme.

Victoria Shirnina is a student of the Bachelor's programme 'Asian and African Studies' at HSE University-St Petersburg. Now, the girl lives in Japan where she studies under the student exchange programme at the Tokyo International University. In the interview, Victoria shared her impression of the studies in Japan and gave some advice to those who are only planning to participate in the mobility programme.

In January, UPES University (India) held the International Student Winter School 'Business and Governance in India'. HSE University-St Petersburg was represented by students of the bachelor's programmes 'Political Science and World Politics' and 'International Bachelor's in Business and Economics', as well as the Master's programme 'International Business in the Asia-Pacific Region'. In July, three students of HSE University-St Petersburg took part in the 'Uzbekistan—Land of Tolerance' International Summer School at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. The HSE students attended lectures on the history and culture of Uzbekistan and saw the sights of Tashkent and Bukhara. Andrey Vovk, student of the Bachelor's programme 'Asian and African Studies', shared his impressions of the Summer School.

Nikita Sidorov is a fourth-year student of the Political Science and World Politics programme. Recently he went on an academic exchange and spent a semester at one of the most prestigious universities in the world – University College of London (UCL). In this interview, he shared with the editorial board his impressions on the exchange semester.
