The School of Logistics hosted a round table "Control Tower Methodology in Supply Chains"

On December 11, 2018, the Joint Department with Deloitte & Touche Regional Consulting Services Limited held a round table "Control Tower Methodology in Supply Chains" for Masters in the School of Logistics.

The leading experts of the SCM practice of Deloitte Vardan Gasparyan and Aleksey Konovalov led the round table. Professor V.I. Sergeev was the moderator of the round table from the School of Logistics.

The Control Tower methodology is a new class of tools for tracking supply chain KPIs, monitoring exceptional situations and logistic risks, predicative analysis and optimization of integrated supply chain performance indicators. Currently, the methodology is actively used by leading companies - world leaders of SCM, in particular, those included in the list of the "Top 25" companies of Gartner.

Masters of the 1st and 2nd courses actively participated in the discussion of the prospects for using the Control Tower methodology in Russian companies and case studies. According to the leaders of the round table, the Masters of the School of Logistics showed a good level of knowledge in supply chain monitoring.
