Abstract

The course 'Energy Policy in the Post‑Soviet Countries' introduces students to the fundamentals of energy policy and examines the role of post‑Soviet states as energy actors. It analyzes patterns of energy production, distribution, and consumption across Eurasia; evaluates relevant systems and infrastructure; and explores regional energy governance alongside the national interests and policies of post‑Soviet countries within Eurasia and beyond.
